First Service CareGivers provides professional mobile blood draw services in the comfort of your home. At the click of a button you can have a certified phlebotomist come draw your blood in your home at your convenience. Your specimen is then taken to a local LabCorp or Quest in your area where it will be processed. 

Requirements & Instructions

Fee: $42.00 

At this time, we only service Adults 18 years and Older.

A Lab Order Slip (requisition) is required from Labcorp or Quest Diagnostics, from the ordering physician.

Please have the lab slip available when scheduling to ensure we can meet your needs.
